Building your profile in the PeopleCert community is important because it helps you get more value from your participation and makes your contributions easier to discover.

A complete profile establishes credibility by highlighting your experience, interests, and expertise, which helps other members understand who you are and how you can add value. It also makes it easier to connect with peers, participate in relevant discussions, and be invited into conversations, events, or opportunities aligned with your goals. For the community as a whole, strong member profiles strengthen collaboration, trust, and knowledge sharing, creating a more engaged and meaningful experience for everyone.

Steps to Build Your Profile

Building your PeopleCert profile helps you get the most out of the community by making it easier to connect, engage, and be recognized for your expertise. Follow the steps below to complete your profile:

Email: The unique identifier in Gradual is the member’s email address, so that field is mandatory.

Upload a Profile Picture. Choose a clear, professional photo so other members can easily recognize you. Best practice: Use the same image from your LinkedIn and other professional profiles for consistency.

Enter Your Name. Add your First Name and Last Name as you would like them displayed in the community.

Add Your Role and Organization. Include your current Role and Organization to provide context on your professional background.

Set Your Location. Share your city, state, or country to help foster regional connections.

Link Your LinkedIn Profile. Add your LinkedIn URL so members can learn more about your experience and connect outside the platform.

Write a Short Bio. Use the Bio section to briefly highlight your experience, interests, or areas of expertise.

Select Your Area of Interest or Specialty. Choose the option(s) that best align with your focus:

PRINCE2

DevOps

LanguageCert

Once complete, save your profile to start engaging more meaningfully in the PeopleCert community. A complete profile helps others find you, understand your expertise, and collaborate more effectively.

Members Search

You can use the Members tab in the left side menu to search for other community members! You can use the overall search function, or search by location*

*When using the location function, you do not have to use the suggested city. Type in your search and hit “apply” at the bottom of the page to bypass.

Q: Can I update my profile if something changes after I initially set it up?

A: Yes, you can edit your profile by clicking on the top right-hand corner picture and selecting edit profile. Please note you cannot change your email - please contact [email protected] for any email changes.
