Community Guidelines
Our community exists to help you grow as a ways of working practitioner—by connecting with peers, exchanging ideas, and learning from the real-world experience of others on the same path.
These are the expectations that guide our community and what we ask of every member:

Anti-intolerance.

We stand against all forms of dehumanizing or unlawful treatment of others. Including but not limited to all forms of cyberbullying, cyber-harassment, hate speech, or threats based on their age, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, disability, or immigration status.

Be kind and respectful.

Communities are fundamentally about belonging. There's no need to be mean, rude, or offensive, or to engage in antagonistic political behavior. We get it, you’ve got opinions, you’ve got experiences—but yours isn’t the only one. While it is fine to challenge the ideas or arguments of others in our community, avoid calling them names or making disrespectful comments. If you and another member of our community disagree, make an effort to understand their perspective before responding. And when you respond, strive to resolve disputes constructively and respectfully.

Keep content human and original.

We’re here to learn from the real-life experiences of community members, not generic AI answers or automated responses. While gen AI tools can be helpful for drafting or refining ideas, we ask that you keep your posts and comments original and written in your own voice.

What’s not allowed:

Generic comments or advice clearly generated by AI.
Mass-produced or copy-paste replies across multiple posts.
Auto-generated content used as a shortcut to gain points on the leaderboard.
Posting without adding any lived experience, insight, or personal POV.
Using fake names.

What’s encouraged:

Using AI to help you clarify a post? Totally fine. However, your ideas, language, and intention must lead. If something feels automated, impersonal, or low-effort, it may be removed.
Using AI to gain insights and value stream intelligence, and sharing your findings with other community members.
We aim to maintain this space as genuinely human, thoughtful, and grounded in real experiences.

Come with purpose.

When you join events, workshops, or step into huddles or course cohorts, come fully engaged. Your active involvement not only benefits you but also enhances the experience for all the other community members there.

Authenticity and identity.

To foster a trustworthy and transparent environment, we require all members to use their real, full names on their profiles. Obscuring your identity with descriptive titles or pseudonyms, such as 'ITSM expert' or 'Agile Guru,' is not permitted, as genuine connection is built on knowing who you are engaging with. We strongly encourage you to use the headline section of your profile to proudly display your professional role, specialisation, or any other title that reflects your expertise, like 'AI Engineer' or 'Product Manager,' to clearly communicate your value to the community while maintaining an authentic identity. This approach ensures accountability and helps everyone connect on a more personal and professional level.

Respect the privacy of others.

We encourage openness, vulnerability, and honest conversations, but that only works if everyone’s privacy is respected. Please don’t share anyone’s non-public personal information—including names, screenshots, or anything shared here—outside of this community without their explicit permission. Do not use our platform to dox, extort, harass, or spread false and disparaging rumors about others.

What happens if someone breaks the rules?

Our community team utilizes a combination of automated tools and human moderation to maintain a respectful, helpful, and on-topic space.
If a post or comment violates our guidelines, we may remove it without notice, especially if it’s clearly promotional or harmful. In most cases, we’ll reach out with a friendly heads-up the first time. If it happens again, you may get a second reminder.
However, if there are repeated issues within a short period, we may need to take further action, such as banning you from our community. We take violations of our anti-intolerance policy seriously; those will likely result in an immediate ban.
If you believe someone has violated our guidelines or you need clarification, please message [email protected].
