PRINCE2 Community Clinics: Your Monthly Lean Coffee

Got a burning question about PRINCE2? Facing a challenge across a project, programme, or portfolio? Looking for practical ways to apply best practice?

Our monthly PRINCE2 Community Clinics are a dedicated space to connect directly with PRINCE2 Ambassadors and fellow professionals from across the project, programme, and portfolio management community. There’s no set agenda and no death-by-PowerPoint. Instead, we use the Lean Coffee format to make sure the conversation focuses on what matters most to you.

Whether you’re managing an individual project, coordinating multiple projects as part of a programme, overseeing a portfolio of strategic initiatives, or working across all three, the clinic is an opportunity to bring your real-world questions and learn from the experiences of others.

How it Works

1. Bring Your Topics: When you join, suggest the questions, challenges, or ideas you’d like to discuss, from applying PRINCE2 in practice to managing programmes, prioritising portfolios, governance, benefits, risk, resources, stakeholder engagement, or anything else on your mind.
2. Vote as a Group: The community votes on the topics they’re most interested in exploring.
3. Ambassador-Led Discussion: Our PRINCE2 Ambassadors and experts lead the conversation around the highest-voted topics, sharing practical guidance, experiences, and perspectives in time-boxed rounds.

When are PRINCE2 Community Clinics?

The third Wednesday of every month at 16:00 hrs UK / 08:00 hrs PT.

Please note: This meeting supports a maximum of 125 concurrent participants at any one time. While up to 350 registrations may be accepted, access to the live call will be available on a first-come, first-served basis once capacity is reached.
